Holding our poses

A beautiful Yoga, we hold the poses for 3- 5 mins, focusing entirely on the fascia, meridians and completely stretching the entire body. Stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.

Gentle
A yoga suited to most age groups

A calming, stress relieving yoga which will help you strengthen & stretch your body, gradually. This yoga will be done at a slower pace, emphasising awareness to the breath. We will focus on basic poses, breath and alignment. In a safe and comfortable atmosphere, with the use of props.

Restorative
Relax & Renew your entire body

Our class will promote health of internal organs- stimulate and soothe organs- particularly as part of a structured sequence. We will practice postures that will enhance the exchange of oxygen and waste products across the cell membrane. Also, the longer we stay in a posture allows key organs and glands to become drenched with revitalising blood! Balancing the ‘energy’ within the body. Increasing vitality, enhancing a deeper sleep.

Stretch & Flow
A wonderful expression of movement

This is a lovely class designed to stretch your body, with a beautiful flow of movement! Completely stretching our bodies with special attention to those tight hamstrings, lowerbacks psoas and hips.  We use props to strengthen through each class, leaving us feeling stretched and more flexible! A class that is suited to most people, with modifications offered throughout.

Vinyasa Fit Flow

This class is a full body workout, an active stretch and includes arm balances and inversion in the last 20 mins of each class. Learn the joys of building strength, mobility, confidence and start taking life a little less serously. 90 mins of yoga for all levels.
