I have had an extensive and long history of caring for others, including working In the community service industry for a collective of around 20 years. During this time I raised 4 wonderful children! My passion for caring and nurturing lead me on a powerful realisation, that I could help others in another way, and enjoy doing something that I loved, Yoga!
And so a new chapter of my life began. I completed my 200 Hours YTT with Himani Smeaton, in 2016, and have been on an amazing Yoga journey for the past 5 years. I have continued to expand my learning/training with Restorative Yoga, completing my Levels 1 & 2 in March 2017.
I completed 50 Hours of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Tara Fitzgibbon in May 2018- enriching my deep passion for Yin Yoga, and giving me the ability and skills to teach this now at my studio.
I completed 7 hours of extensive Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training August 2018 with Sara Ball at Huskisson Yoga Studio.
I strongly believe that yoga can achieve many things for every individual. Yoga is a perfect start for healthy mind, body and spirit, healing from the outside in!
Aerial circus training, strength & conditioning coaching, and Vinyasa yoga will all make you stronger, flexible, balanced and resilient.
I've been teaching people for over 9 years how to use and improve their body's power, strength and flexibility. I am a trapeze performer, aerial circus trainer, Strength Coach, Yoga teacher and Progressive Calisthenics Certificate holder.
All of these disciplines has helped me understand how every body is unique and that every body requires it own training regime.
